Since Earthworks was born in 2014 with a single client in a single market, a mission statement was obviously not at the top of the to-do list. The company has grown and evolved to a point where we found it an opportune time to place our mission and goals in writing. The mission statement is a mosaic of individual employee submissions, an allegory for how well our team collaborates. Without further ado, allow us to introduce the mission statement, our company goals, and our first collection of articles in the 2023 newsletter series:
At Earthworks Environmental LLC, our mission is to provide customer-first and responsible environmental consulting, while promoting positive stewardship of the environment. We offer innovative yet fiscally prudent solutions that resolve our client’s evolving environmental challenges. We are committed to cultivating a workplace that empowers our employees to grow their skills and advance their careers, while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Earthworks Goals:
i. Create and maintain a reputation as a leader and innovator in the environmental consulting industry.
ii. Educate and provide solutions to our client’s environmental and associated budgetary challenges.
iii. Provide employees with the resources needed to develop satisfying and challenging careers.
iv. Establish long term and trusting relationships with our clients and regulatory agencies.
